We are very pleased and excited to welcome 2 brand new sewers from Burlington, Ontario, to our Garments for the Gospel team and their good friend in London, England. What a great answer to prayer, especially since a large donation of beautiful new flannel fabrics just arrived at a time when we were very short of sewers.
We look forward to receiving their garment offerings and then sharing them with our various Missions projects. The bulk of the clothing gifts will be sent to the Ugandan medical clinic meeting the need for Baby Receiving Blankets and other items for new Moms. What an encouragement these love gifts will be for them as they have so very little. We want them to know they are loved and cared for by our precious Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ. It is amazing to think we can be His channels of His blessings.
It is indeed a privilege for us be a helping hand and a spoke in the wheel for God's work in Uganda via High Adventure Gospel Communications Ministries/Bible Voice with whom we broadcast and partner. We hope to have photos in a few months when the team will be traveling to Uganda.
Please remember this important work in your prayers and that many hearts will be blessed and encourage as they receive their new gifts.
Have a great day,
Blessings,
Jan for GFTG.

To make a long story short the Lord answered our prayers and we now have a wonderful new printer right here in Orillia called Artech....
How wonderful how things work together to bring good news and encouragement to the intended recipients. Almost 2 years ago Grace M., a dear Solo Gal for Garments For The Gospel, donated a large shipment of hand knitted and crocheted afghans and sweaters and some beautiful summer outfits for the children with the hopes they might make their way onto a Canadian Indian Reserve.
